Hi there! New Member Introductions is a place to introduce yourself rather than looking up information about drugs as we have many other forums that serve that purpose. You should check out the Suboxone Mega Thread over in Other Drugs and also The Dark Side for support with your recovery.
Hey there Tmill, welcome! Like spork mentioned, come check you The Dark Side there are a lot of people who can offer support and guidance in regards to Bupe.

Welcome to BL! Sorry to hear about your bupe issue, hopefully I can help out (and maybe others can as well) - Also I haven't heard of the liquid, how is it being taken?
Unfortunately making the switch from methadone to suboxone/subutex/buprenorphine is pretty shitty. You will feel withdrawal symptoms but you actually aren't sick. My mother, father, and myself alllll did the switch. After 4 days you will feel much better. Methadone is a partial opiate and as such, the act of getting clean isn't like what it is with suboxone or subutex. Stick it out, on day 5 you will start feeling a LOT better. Also you may need to increase your dose.
Also I'm not understanding how you are getting liquid buprenorphine. How are you taking it? The only way's it is effective is under your tongue or in your nose or through IV'ing (Which I DO NOT recommend. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you deter from IV'ing it unless a doctor is doing it) If you are swallowing the liquid you aren't getting any of it and that's why you feel sick.
Again welcome, Enjoy your stay here at BL, and make sure to make good use of the search function as well (this question has been covered a few times before about people making the switch)
