Has anybody used sublingual buprenorphine for chronic pain? How was that experience? I’m currently in need of pain relief and have to chose between 7-oh and buprenorphine… unless there’s something else i should consider? Doctors wont prescribe me real opiates and i dont know how to access the dark web.

Please let me know. It’s urgent. The amounts of ketamine I have to use for this issue right now is not healthy.

I don’t know if it helps but I do want to be honest that I’ve been really going through it over the last year with using 7oh (I have chronic pain but also addiction prone) … but I can’t even tell you the money I’ve spent. The insane ups and downs and withdrawals. I unfortunately have no personal experience with bupe (only methadone and other opioids). Tolerance builds fast with 7oh and it has a short half life … it works for pain for sure but can get kind of out of control fast. I mean, this doesn’t mean you’ll have the same experience as me … but just wanted to be honest.

Also sorry you’re dealing with pain, it’s tough stuff. I’ve seen your other posts and know, understand and empathize. Gosh I hope this isn’t too negative of a response or wasn’t completely unhelpful. Please know I’m rooting for you
Hugs 💜

Is buprenorohine si easy to score ? They won't give IT to me so i need to score, take high doses of everything. Doctor told me i am Addiction advertisement and wont give me bupe because of diazepam

Not too negative. Just appreciate the response. This flair up has been the worst it’s ever been. I have so much compassion for you because chronic pain is something people do not seem to understand well. Can I ask, if you could pick any of them for chronic pain which it would be?

Aw you're sweet 💜

But … hmm I have to think about the answer to your question on if I could pick one for pain which it would be

I'd try to stay in the system with it if they'll give you bupe.

Not to compare, it's just I deal with my chronic pain by stretching, hot and cold packs, and ibuprofen. I'm lucky to get by with this.

I’ve just been using ketamine and diazepam but just like anything else they lose efficacy

I have a genetic condition that causes bone pain from osteomalacia. I've been addicted to pretty much any opioid or painkiller you can think of. I find buprenorphine controls my pain the best without losing too much efficacy, out of pretty much everything I've tried. My dosage doesn't spiral out of control and I don't have to keep redosing too much throughout the day. I can just take some in the morning and at night and that sorts it. Or on a bad day I might take a bit more midday. But I definitely think it's a good painkiller and a lot better than a lot of what they will give out. Unfortunately here in the UK it's fucking hard to get on for pain, especially at a dosage that isn't ridiculously low.

I am wondering the same. My doc took me off pain meds . I am wondering if suboxone would help my pain because in the US its way easier to get . You have to say your an addict though even if you are just dependent for pain relief. Plus you are then marked in the system as am addict. May help in the short term . I hope someone else can respond that's done it.

Do not get dependent on 7-oh. The half-life is brutally short, the serotonin aspect of the withdrawal is BRUTAL and it has insane temperature fluctuations and anxiety. Trust me, I went off the deep end with it for about 5 months and got up to 800mg/day of powder and it was hell tapering at first. Eventually I was having awful side-effects and panic while on and off of it. Down to 60mg/day now and I don't even feel it and it's smooth sailing with plain leaf kratom and a little extract, but man it sucked bad at first. I was literally on the verge of a mental breakdown and crying to my mother as a grown ass man. It was gnarly. Don't open that can of worms if you don't have to. Plus it may get banned eventually here in the US, some states already have pulled it. Bupe's withdrawal is also awful, but it's a lot more stable with its half-life, PLUS you don't have to deal with essentially coming off an anti-depressant at the same time like you would with 7-oh, kratom, tramadol, etc. Bupe is incredibly easy to get now, just read threads on reddit about getting off 7-oh and you will see how to get it in 1 day for 100 bucks. That's all I can say on BL. Good luck man, I know the feeling dealing with chronic pain and shit nowadays. It's tough and you're almost required to break the law if you don't want to jump through ridiculous hoops every month.

Should I try 7oh?
In my humble opinion, no. Not if you think you're going to become dependent and/or abuse it. It's very hard to manage after a while.

Edit: Oh, and to answer your question, I find bupe not the best for pain control, but I also don't find it as bad as some people seem to think it is. I have nerve damage and pain in my neck, a slipped disk in my back, and knee and ankle pain, but still have to work a laborious job with tons of cardio and lifting 50 hours a week. It helps a bit, but then again, I find kratom helps quite a bit, too. 7-OH helps a lot but the drawbacks make it a non-choice for me. Found that out the hard way.
