Ive checked the opoid conversion chart and it only has the equivilancy for IV/IM use and not ORAL use.

I have a pack of 10x0.2mg Buprenorphine Tabs which i plan to take sublingually, i have already taken 0.4mg.

The opoid i am most familiar with is Oxycodone, can somebody please give me a comparison for the Oral route?

Thanks.

its rather difficult to convert oxy dosages to bup because bup is not a full-agonist like oxy.

i usually take 45-75mgs at oxycodone at once, and i can be satisfied from .75mg-2mgs of bup

I'd say it was about 0.5mg for 15mg oxy. Thing is with bupe, is that there isn't really a strict dose conversion, as the dose/response curve is a bit strange. It's one of those drugs that snorting twice as much of won't get you twice as high, and often taking a high dose will do very little.

I'd say just titrate your way up until you're in the right place, there's no danger of OD, and the doses you're currently using are still pretty small. What was your oxy tolerance like?

^ agree with all of that, 1mg bupe to 30mg oxy sounds about right for me but as you say it's really tricksy to convert it. At doses of less than 2mg you will get some full agonism from norbuprenorphine, where as above 2mg it's all partial agonism from buprenorphine, so even when my tolerance was much higher I still preferred sub 2mg doses.

You have a pretty high oxy tolerance I seem to remember?

Bupe is a different high to a full agonist like oxy.. can still be very nice but don't expect the full on opioid experience you can get with oxycodone. People's responses vary..

This is what i have been doing, ive now taken 1mg of Bupe over the course 2 1/2 hours, im not taking it for recreational purposes, im just hoping it will soften some of my Opiate withdrawal symptoms (Extreme sweating, increased Anxiety/Depression and Insomnia)

Im ashamed to say i can use 400mg Oxy in a 12 hour period alongside with handfulls of Benzos, i know.. I dont do things by halves!!! The reason i know what ive taken and how much and when is because i have to keep a drug diary to show my drug councillor, until a couple of weeks ago (apart from feeling awful with the withdrawals) Id got my Diazepam intake down to around 200 mg a week spaced out in 100mg doses 3-4 days apart and then i had a blood test at the hospital for something totally unrelated and i asked the doctor can i have a full Liver,Kidney organ fucntion test etc etc and the tests to my suprise all came back ok! Then i think i subcounciously felt invisible. :( And then i binged!
