Buprenorphine and Oral MAOI'S. Working dose up slowly to determine whether Serotonin Syndrom is likely?

I get mixed reports of whether bupe and Caapi are dangerous together. I know methadone is dangerous but Bupe has had different things said about the interactions with MAOI.
So to give myself the chance to do ayahuasca, it like to start trying small doses of caapi tea and nitrate up each time to determine whether SS is a risk or not. Then I will mix in the other plants.

I've used changa with no issues.
Can anybody give me advice on how to do this?

In the ayahuasca circles I'm a part of they say any opiates is a big no when it comes to working with ayahuasca. Maybe try getting of opiates with iboga before working with ayahuasca. If you do make sure you use iboga with a trained facilator as it can be fatal for some people.
