Buprenorphine and codeine

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what would happen if I was to take codeine whilst on Buprenorphine? I’ve been taking buprenorphine for nearly a month as an ORT for codeine/dihydrocodeine so was wondering would I be able to take any codeine pills or would that make me sick? Thanks in advance

I've been using Buprenorphine patches for a while, you will get the effects of the codeine whilst taking Buprenorphine. As it's Buprenorphine purely, not including naloxone.
