Bupre and tramadol/dihydrocodiene question.
Hi, I’ve been on bupre 10mg / 12mg sublingual for a couple of years now following an addiction to Oxy. there’s going to be a gap between scripts. I have a couple of tramadol and a load of dihydrocodiene left from a good while back. I really really need not to go through withdrawal, for whatever reason my WDs are apocalyptic. My question is how long do I have to wait after my last bupre dose before taking either the tram or DHC? I’m a bit panicked about the interaction that is supposed to be like WDs on steroids… I haven’t touched any other opioids since being on bupre out of that fear
Also how far in advance would I need to stop taking the DHC before restarting my bupre?
If it helps I usually take my bupre as 4 in the morning 4 lunch and 1 or 2 evening.
