Bupernorphine Dosage

I am asking for safety and want to prevent the possibility of OD

I have vials of Bupernorphine each containing 1ml = o.3mg of the drug

I have no tolerance to opiates and havent taken any in months

What would be a decent dose to inject without ODing

Without tolerance, 0.3 mg is a good IV dose. It could be strong, but should be fine.

Agreed, I usually insufflate or take bupe sublingually. I wanna try it IV though, is there a unique rush to it?

You got me, never tried it, just know that 0.3 mg has been quoted as the dose given IV in hospitals for pain.

I'd go for maybe 0.2mg if you truly have very low tolerance. If you could take 20-25mg oxycodone and feel alright, I'd do the whole 0.3. I haven't personally done it IV, but I'm using the equivalence of 2:1 nasal:IV or 3:1 sublingual Suboxone:IV
