bupe vivtrol detox help

I am currently on day 3 after getting the vivitrol shot... Here's the thing... I been on 8mg subutex for 4 months... The doctor believes in giving the shot while still on maintenance then he gives super high doses of subutex in order to counteract the wd . super high being day one(shot day) i 32 MG's day 2 32 MG's day 3 24 MG's and down n down we go for about a week... Just so u know day 1 was fine day 2 was TERRIBLE n today is bad also. Am I gonna feel WD after I get weened down... Any help would matter
