i have taken them together. i have taken bupe before and after. i cant really tell what the effects are. has anyone else tried this combo and what were your results?

Since bupe and tramadol is such a good combo, as tram is one of the few opiod pain meds that work with bupe, then tapentadol, a souped up version of tramadol (pardon the over-simplication), should be a great combo with bupe. I have felt slight euphoria with the bupe tram combo, and the great mood lift that tram provides. My understanding of tapentadol is that it has a much greater opiod action than tramadol. I would think greater euphoria would then follow this combo.
Of course individual body chemistry is a very, VERY, important part in any drug synergy.
