Bupe Bup and Naltrexone interaction negative experience

So I like my doctor, but he told me to do something that I'm pretty sure made me go into withdrawal. I have been on sublocade for like 6 months, and have quit taking the shot for like 3 or 4 months, but I've heard that bup stays in your system for up to a year. So my doctor told me I should be good to start taking Naltrexone daily, so I took one at 9pm last night. At 10pm I started feeling off. At 11pm I was getting sick and lethargic, runny nose and diarrhea. A couple hours later I started having extreme restlessness where I had to jerk or contract my muscles in my body to try and get any sort of relief. It was miserable like that for at least 10 hours. Then slowly but surely the restlessness went away, but I wasn't able to finally sleep a bit until like 5pm today. I'm still feeling the effects though, lethargy, sneezing fits, depression, etc.

So my question is, is this a common thing for someone to go through? Was it bizarre for my doctor to tell me to take naltrexone when there is still bup in my system? If it is withdrawal, will the naltrexone take all of the bup out of my system and therefore I might have to keep withdrawing until that happens or will the bup start releasing back into my system after the naltrexone has worn off? Is it a bad idea for me to take another dose of naltrexone today (don't think I will no matter what people say because I don't want to go through that hell again)? Thoughts/comments appreciated!

For sure its WD. Im sorry but your doctor has done something quite risky. We are not machines and the time that bupe stays in our body is not always the same. I dont know what will happen to you the next hours but I think the worst has gone.
I hope you feel better and that you will sleep well dude
