Is it true thatt ts a very very weaak version of weed and that yu can qui cigguretts with it?

Blue lotus is psychoactive but it doesn't work the same way as weed. Some people say that it is somewhat similar, but others report that they are nothing alike. I know of no evidence that suggests it would be in any way helpful for quitting tobacco.
