Opioids BU72 ?

No one here will have experience with BU72. It is an experimental compound, and looks difficult to make. Plus no one would want to have experience with it since its probably also a ligand for the KOR (as an agonist most likely). That is not a great thing when it comes to opioids. In fact it kind of looks like the mutant child of buprenorphine and salvinorin.

Ultra-potent Morphinans are almost always non-selective. Like Etorphine (presumably) and it's dihydrogenated brother, Dihydroetorphine, these ligands can cause significant KOR related side effects which makes their recreational use unpleasant.

Aside from this: you can always assume nobody has tried novel Morphinans you find on the internet unless your friend is an organic chemist :^)

I wish I had an organic chemist that way I could experiment all the crazy drugs I design.
Bachelors degree's are easy as ever to complete. Most countries practically give them out as long as you show up.

If you truly are interested in chemistry and don't have a path figured out, look into it. A lot of us psychonauts end up in chemistry. I sure did.
