I don’t think we know for sure because there hasn’t been enough official research done, but I would guess around 1mg. But when trying a new benzo it’s always best to start with a lower dose. You can always take more. I would start at 0.5mg max, personally.

It’s true what’s been stated that it’s poorly studied because of its status. However, a really limited article (findings based on one person only) shows that 6 mg brom was successfully converted to 20 mg diaz with success for detoxification purposes.

Problem is that’s just one case report and different people react to different things so we don’t know what the average is.

Yesterday night I tried bromazolam. My test report is 1.5 mg bromazolam = 10 mg diazepam.
