Bromazepam - how long until you are dependent?

Hi,

I am wondering how long is "short time usage" when it comes to benzos? Particularly I am interested in Bromazepam. I took 3mg of Bromazepam every other day for the past week.... So I'm wondering If I am alright now or need to taper down?

Google search says 4 weeks of chronic use can produce withdrawals. You should be okay if it was every other day just for a week.
