i was wondering if bromazepam is strong enough to kill a trip like diazepam is. that is incase anything goes wrong.

also whether or not it interacts with mao-a inhibitors (ayahuasca will be consumed)

thanks

Yes, bromazepam is very similar to diazepam in its effects - however, I'd say it's not as sedating as diazepam. Bromazepam is an excellent anxiolytic on par with alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam, and lorazepam.

It also has nice muscle relaxant effects.

EDIT: Yes, I believe ALL benzos interact negatively with MAO-A inhibitors.

Bromazepam won't kill a trip QUITE as well as Diazepam but it will get the job done. I consider Diazepam to be the most sedating benzodiazepine anxiolytic.

I'd agree that diazepam is probably the most sedating anxiolytic benzo, but phenazepam and delorazepam can probably fit the bill aswell.
