I have found a legal reasearch opiate finally in Canada.

Its claimed too have 25x the potency compared too morphene. and claimes too have neuro protective properties.


So 10 mg would be equivelent too 250mg of morphene.


Would 1mg be too big of a first dose for somebody with no tolerance? would this chem's dosages be in the ug range?

This isn't a "fun" morphine type opioid, it's a salvia-type opioid.

Sorry dude but it's not the miracle drug you're looking for
 
I couldn't find any info aside from something in Russian (which although I cannot understand, seemed to indicate that it was a kappa opiate agonist). However, I'd avoid it. Also, without more information it's impossible to tell you whether 1mg of this chemical would be safe. What's your tolerance to opiates (can you manage 25mg of morphine?). Also, how are you planning on administering this drug. I'm assuming that it is 25x more potent than IV Morphine, as oral morphines BioAvailibility is shit. You would also need to know this opiates respective BioAvailibility's for each route of administration (oral, IV, rectal, insufflation, etc..)

The real problem is measuring the drug out. If you accidentally were to dose just 1 extra milligram, you'd be taking a morphine equivalent dose of 50mg (assuming the stated potency is correct). From the sounds of it, this drug is definately active in microgram dosages, as morphine is active below 25mg, (so, taking half a milligram of Bri-52537 would be like taking about 12.5mg of morphine). I don't think it would be safe, even if you used water measurements.

I realized it was a k agonist and salvia interests me and i would be one of those few people who would purchase it , have found a good source for it

weird chemical structure , If the animals werent killed by toxic metabolites , is there any reason humans would have problems?


and for dosing, i have made a solution for various NBOMES at 200ug / 0.1ml . assuming BRL is water soluble .

I have abused ecstacy and lost the magic years ago, latley been dooing more cocaine than i should be , i am going too test this theory, i have bought 1g of 40 x salvia and will be smoking small amounts couple times a day daily for the next week or 2 and see if theres any noticable up-regulation , wich i thought was impossible but this theory sounds very plausable

i wonder what they mean by long term use though. It would be cool if this brl-5237 stuff can have k-opioid agonism without the effects of something like salvia. It sounds interesting, maybe over time it would help people balance out dopamine levels in their brain, for people who are bipolar, schizophrenic or people with add/adhd.
 
It would probably be a different experience with similar effects , and you wouldent halfto take it too that high off a level

Shudder...that's one scary thought. I generally like dissociatives, but salvia and MXE are the exceptions, and personally I wouldn't touch anything with such strong K-agonist action and lengthy duration. Also, 25x potency of morphine doesn't tell you anything much about subjective effects: this sounds like it may have therapeutic uses, but little by way of recreational value (if classic opiate effects are what you're looking for). If not, I'd stick with Salvia, or the salvia/kratom cocktail, which has a unique synergy. RC opiods always seem to hold out great promise, but, like so many RCs, fail to live up to it, or else their users fail to live.

And if it is any good, publicising it on BL will only speed prohibition and possibly encourage reckless/naive use. Hell, if you want to mix Salvia-esque effects with opiate warmth, isn't there a massive pill market in Canada?

There's a good reason there's no good legal opioid RC's...It's called the Federal Controlled Substance Analogue Act of 1986...You can blame alfentanil for that one lol...
 
some of the meo fentanyls i think were the culprits but I'm not too sure and too lazy to look up. O desmethyl tramadol went away pretty quick idnit?
 
excuse me...mixed up alfentanil with alpha-methylfentanyl...True china white. I believe that's what caused the analogue act...

edit: well it was the one that started the big family of fentanyl analogues that led to the creation of it anyway...
 
why would they compare it too morphene if it has no painkilling effects?



actually no there is no huge pill market , It is very hard too get anything other than tylenol 3 here


i cannot get heroin , oxy , ANY opiate other than codiene.... no lsd, no pcp , nothing but coke weed ad shrooms and theres a big market not being served down here

Kappa opioid agonists like salvia have painkilling effects but the problem is they also cause immense dysphoria, hallucinations, and anxiety in most people. Saalvinorin A is actually "more potent than morphine as a painkiller" but you don't see people abusing it like oxycodone/fentanyl do you ?
There are plenty of opioids, LSD, etc (everything but PCP as far as I know) in the major Canadian cities if you know where to look. But that's neither here nor there as sourcing talk is not allowed.
 
lots of coke/crack opiates non existant.

i thought it was a matter of who you know not where too look?


theres a fentanyl analouge availiable too this date but quite pricy
