Britpop

^I was just gonna mention Shed Seven.

Also, were The Bluetones Britpop?.

The Bluetones' commercial success waned after the fall of the Britpop movement, yet they have continued to tour and release new records and are therefore often labelled as "Britpop survivors".
not sure if i would have classed them as Britpop, i agree with wikipedia that they came a bit later. great band though. :)

I've also seen Suede , Blur, Ash , Mock turtles , Lightning seeds , Shed Seven and a fair few other Britpop bands.

Ash were a god-awful band but being the hormone crazed teenager that I was back then I must have watched that video they did in basketball court about 50 times on The Box. Charlotte Hatherley used to be rather fit back then. Think she plays in Bat For Lashes now?

Supergrass were sort of britpop weren't they? Still listen to I Should Coco regularly. Classic album.

Don't really listen to as much Blur as I used to but I still love Mr Albarn as an artist.

I remember being a massive Blur fan.....of course being an American it came on the heels of the single Song 2 :) Went back and fell in love with Parklife and Modern Life is Rubbish.

I also hate to admit it but I am still a huge Oasis fan. I was one of ten people who thought that Be Here Now was a great album! Everyone I admit this to seems to laugh at me so I usually keep this a secret.

Pulp was another great britpop band 90's...great style of music IMO.

hate to admit shame on you lol oasis were an amazing band have you heard beady eye yet ? hope noel aint to long with the new solo album
