I originally posted this in homeless threads, but I really need a response and there seemed to be no traffic there, so please move this if this is not the right forum.

Okay, so I realize I probably have nothing to worry about and I am probably being overly paranoid, but I just want some second opinions...

So, I have been in Arizona for the past week and during my stay I obtained about 30 generic zolpidem pills (a mix of two different brands, but each pill is 10 mg regardless). I'm flying back to Baltimore on Wednesday (with a layover in Atlanta) and I have an empty bottle of 5-Htp that I plan on putting the pills into and putting it in my carry-on luggage (it's my only bag; everything I brought on my trip is in it, so I don't think it would look too conspicuous). I think I will be safe since 1). It is a domestic flight, 2.) It's a fairly unknown recreational drug, and 3.) I am traveling with my parents and sister and do not always looks like a "druggie". Really, I can't imagine anyone keeping an eye out for zolpidem.

So what do you guys think? Will I most likely be safe, or is the risk a lot more significant than I thought?

Unless you have a prescription for them, don't do it. If you do, put them in the original prescription bottle and you won't have any problems.

We're not here to discuss how to break the law or to help you smuggle drugs on aircraft.
