wait how many episodes have their been now? I have been watching on demand and it only foes up to 4 last time I checked, how far behind am I?
 
^im pretty sure last night was the 5th episode. i cant wait to see what happens with this, the tension this show builds is crazy sometimes. the whole deal with crazy 8 and the broken dinner plate...im surpirsed how good of an actor bryan cranston is. i think hes pretty believeable. he just seems like an old nerdy chem teacher you might have had in HS.
 
The season finale was really good, and makes it almost certain there will be a season 2, I cant wait; it left a lot unknown and unanswered, lots of loose strings...

^yea they cant leave it hanging like that....the season finale was great. tho it seems like walter is losing it and becoming more careless. i think its a mixture of the thrill and the $. that dude tuco is fucking crazy. blue pink purple i dont give a fuck what color it is!

finale was dope, meth cookin n' chemical jackin, woot.

i like whenever mr. white is in a fucked up situation, he uses his nifty chemistry skillz to solive the problem (poisoning those two gangsters in eps.1, blowin up tuco's spot last episode n' melthing that steel in the finale)

so i never encountered 'blue tinted' meth in my tweaking dayz, anyone here have ?

That would suck if for some reason it didn't come back on. Kind of seemed like a weird place to stop, seemed like it was gaining good momentum.

Definitely a cool episode though and, as was already mentioned, you can see the changes going on with Mr. White, seeming to like the thrill and adrenaline of doing something dangerous. He seemed pretty shocked at the end when Tuco went sick on that guy though, probably a hefty dose of reality.


This isn't about the show per se, but does anyone watch it with closed captioning? Everytime they swear or even remotely say something, like 'balls' for example, they just put in dashes for the word, even though it's being said on TV. Two nuts in a ---- sac yo!

I didn't see Heath Ledger dying either. :\ It's seems like it's got good word of mouth though.

It's starting over from episode one next Sunday. It's on AMC at 10pm, usually with an encore at 11pm and 1am. Check your local listings.
 
You know, I think the reason why it didnt have more episodes is because of that fucking writers strike.

God damn that was some bullshit. Fucking greedy ass writers.
 
^thats funny you say that, my buddy said the same thing at the end of the season finale the other night. It would be really disappointing if they didnt come out with season II. The show is really starting to get momentum and to not continue it would be a shame. this is by far one of the best new shows on TV, especially since its not even on HBO or some other premium channel.
 
i saw the first 2 episodes and loved them. i had downloaded them after hearing about it from a friend. is this a miniseries or an actual show now?
 
^^its still an actual show at this point, and it restarts on sunday if you still have not seen the rest.
 
lol, I thought the same exact thing when I saw that part too.

Ive done a lot of meth in my day, but I have never done any of that blue meth they made. Honestly, Ive never even heard of that way of making it. Has anyone else?
 
Phenyl-2-propanone (phenylacetone) + methylamine is probably a better route to meth than pseudo reduction, but P2P is controlled as well so you have to make that from something (briefly mentioned in the show). :)
