Breakcore Scene In Canada?

Ahoy! I'm from the UK here, we love our breakcore, I might be moving to canada in a while and was wondering what the scene is like out there? Is there one? I had a look online and found there are little results
Considering artists like Venetian snares hail from there, I was hoping you guys have a scene as I couldn't move without having some breakcore nights to get mashed at

Venetian Snares was in Montreal recently, but breakcore isn't generally a big part of the rave/electronic scene here.
