Brain Shivers

When you get the shivers (example, pee shivers), does it go over just your body or does it go up your spinal cord and into your brain too? I can't really remember what this felt like before I started to use MDMA/MDA, but now when I get the shivers it feels fucking amazing :D. Sometimes I'll just close my eyes and let the whole feeling run through my body up to my brain and it feels soooo good.

Are these the "brain zaps" that people are talking about? Does this happen to you guys?
 
Hey I know what you're talking about :) I get them occasionally and they dont really go into my brain, just around my head. Got a couple this weekend rolling at a rave while getting massaged (OH MY GOD) I dont think they're brain zaps though, because I've heard that brains zaps are usually not pleasurable and can cause anxiety.
 
These are just shivers lol. brain zaps are like a literal zap in your brain! You can feel like a buzz in your head. Theyre very uncomfortable and bad to be having lol.
People usually get them with low seratonin or when theyre coming off of SSRIs.
 
The brain shivers like this are completely different to the Zaps - its funny when your brain shivers and your eyes go bonkers :D
