I tried searching for this but didn't really anything that suited what I want to talk about, maybe I just didn't look hard enough but here it goes.

I've been smoking weed pretty much daily for the last year and a half to 2 years, and at first I thought to myself, this is great I don't feel different at all, people are full of shit! But this far down the road I've noticed I definitely don't think as quick and my thoughts aren't exactly streamlined when I think of things. So I'm taking a break and after 6 days of not smoking I've already noticed that the fog on my mind is lifting and I'm able to think more quickly and clearer, anyone else have this happen to them? I feel like my IQ went up 20 points :|

ha well your IQ probably did go up 20 points cause your not baked as hell all the time anymore.

yeah definitely. although i also found that doing a lot of cardio in the mornings would help a ton too.

Yeah I started working out again and that seems to make a difference, made me realize how out of shape I was though haha

i prefer seeing the world through a fog o.o

ever try running in the morning and smoking as soon as u get back from your run.

Well, his IQ didn't actually change but yeah, it's because you aren't baked as fuck anymore. Cannabis is a drug, use it a lot, you will see some side effects... no kidding.

Some people with ADD/ADHD find a *small* (not a joint or blunt to the dome, but a one-hitter) amount of cannabis helps them concentrate. There's a difference between self-medicating with a small amount and smoking to get phased, though.
