Brain fog after MDMA use.

sorry couldn't think of a better title but I've got quite a few questions that i need to ask before they escape my mind.

So anyways there's a rave coming up in my town on the 17th of march and normally i have no issues with rolling but... the kicker is that the ACT is on the 20th and I've noticed that the day after and Monday i have abit of a brain fog which is gone for sure by Wednesday. i know this because there was a rave last weekend and i rolled, then on 2 days ago Thursday i had two test (precal and physics) and i got the highest grade in the class on the physics, and did fine on the precal

so back on topic if the ACT was on Thursday or even Wednesday i know that i would do fine, but im a little worried about Tuesday.

So maybe if i roll lightly ,80mg, then increase my 5htp intake over what i normally use would that solve the issue?

If there is no way i can avoid it then ill be fine with not rolling but ill be really disappointed especially since the 17th is my Bday.

My friend had some Russian smart drug that is suppose to make you more focused and makes test easier, i've never tried it so im a little wary about it but that seems like the best option.

Sorry for the mess of ideas.

EDIT: just to summarize. Whats the best way to get rid of brain fog after MDMA use fast and what is the best way to get the most out of my experience without increasing the dumbed-down feeling the next few days. i dont care if i feel like shit after the ACT just whatever it takes to do well and have a good Bday rave

Hey, I too have had the "brain fog" but for a little longer then you. I recently purchased piracetam, took about 4 grams as an attack dose and I'm very surprised. It got rid if it completely. I feel way less spaced out, I can keep track of everything around me alot better, and all around feel more clear. It's definatly something you should look into :)

yeah i've been looking up smart drugs on erowid and piracetam looked the best and im pretty sure thats what my friend has but he calls it nootropyl which is piracetam. the only issue is how could i get some because isnt it banned from US stores and you have to order it.

I'm sorry sourcing isn't allowed but it's banned here too. There are ways though. Google is your friend :) Can't you get it from your friend?

hey dezz sorry for resurrecting the old post but may i ask if the brain fog was something you had for a long time?
i was taking antidepressants for a while and took mdma in the same period, and the brainfog has somehow sticked with me...
you're saying you only took piracetam once? and it solved your problem?

I only have "brainfog" after rolling, or after I smoked alot of weed the previous day, piracetam did help it immensely but once I stopped taking it the effects started to fade away, but yeah it's nice if you can't afford to be out of it if you have to take a test or something haha.

You need to exercise loads mate, it's the only thing that will really help you in the longterm

I believe you could be right, thats the advice i hear all the time.
ive absolutely NEVER been sportive. to the point i had UNSUFFICIENT grades at school, and was absolutely ridiculous to watch.
i dont like team sports, dont have coordination or reflexes, and whats even worse, i get no pleasure from phisical fatigue.
i do gym once a week "pro forma", and i do not feel better afterwards. You can see how difficult it is to procrastinate in that situation..

When you work out you have to push your boundaries or it's not going to work. I've had some sports lessons with school that required me to step over my limits, to the point of exhaustion. I felt GREAT afterwards, even my vision was more clear then usual.
