Actually backing out. And craigslist is flooded with tickets for sale so no chance in getting even a bit of money back. I just don't have it in me to make it out tonight.
And so they remain on my bucketlist.

ill be there. Im really looking forward to seeing the Phil Lesh Quintet, with Jimmy Herring and Warren it reminds me of the dead in 04. And Govt Mule with Scofield should be amazing too.
XMas Jam is a blast every year.

Until then i also have tix to see Dr Dog, Rusted Root and Toubab Krewe
 
Delsyd, yes, Xmas jam is fun as shit no matter what the lineup. I'm a little disappointed in franti and oar, but PLQ, ARU and scomule will more than make up for it. Jimmy Herring is gonna be just about as busy as warren. Just booked a couple of rooms at the Sheraton today. This will be my 8th jam (dick sizing).

Also, just rembered shuggie Otis is playing here Friday. Bout to grab a ticket. Can't believe it's not sold out.
 
luck'd the fuck out on this one, but one day after work a coworker came to me with tickets to see NIN(9inch9ails) like row 6, the very end seats.shit was like a $100 ticket, not to mention friend worker bought me 3 beers($7 a piece) and gave me $20 so i could get a sweet NIN Tshirt:

i went there knowing only 1 song by heart from NIN, lol n that's the song 'Closer', hahaha, they didn't even play that shit,..guessing bc shit was 2 old. the first show was shit from their new album, tbh it fucking sucked. i ended up walking out 2 go smoke n score some roll.
went to smoke, over heard some other smokers talking about RC's. so i stepped in n was like wit shades on casually said, you are doing it wrong.watch this, walked to the other side of the smoke area and started shooting the shit with this chick thats younger then me and smokes the same cigarettes my grandparents smoke(benson n hedges)convo lasted!got chicks # and turns out she's a manager @ a haunted house close by, called the beast. going to hit her up n get on that.
night ended 3 capsules of molly deep,several rails of shard,booze,fire weedm and couldn't find where we parked.
thankgod we made it back in one piece. we celebrated with more booze.

NIN was the shit!! 10/10 on their 2nd show!

Col Bruce is playing a mile from where shuggie is playing tonight at the most awesome/shady club in the city. I'll prolly stumble over there after the shuggie show and blow a bunch of coke and watch the suicide sunrise.
 
Mazzy Star will not be making an Atlanta appearance. Ho hum.

Wild Belle was pretty decent. The place was the busiest I'd ever seen it.
