Haha nice. Yeah I've seen The Fancy Band and Primus, and although the fancy band show was crazy and awesome there was something more bad ass and special about seeing Primus.

I saw Primus on a head full of acid last year and I'm still trying to pick up the pieces of my blown mind. The combination of Claypool's bass virtuosity and Larry LaLonde's insane riffage is something to behold, for sure.

plus, they're doing that 3D thing....so it might be a head full worthy show.

i'm still tossing around the idea of going to the halloween show, but it's on a school night, and i have zero self control.

i saw Jimmy Herring and Victor Wooten last week. And next month im going to Warren Haynes Xmas jam

bad ass....how was jimmy and victor?

i'll be at xmas jam too. probably my favorite part of last year was the collaboration of jimmy, bela and jeff sipe. it was technical as fuck. and awesome. although phil killed it too.

^nice

My dad invited me to see Robert Plant and the Band of Joy on 4/20

This is going to be interesting

i typed "kid koala" into my itunes and came up with two albums. i didn't know kid koala did this track.

like a tiger in the dark, you were hungry from the start

or apparently Lovage(?). i've done a lot of rolling around behind middle schools to this music.

was supposed to go to Mood Rings & Sealions on Friday at dat EARL but was so tired I just didn't even get up off the couch when i got home. they'll forgive me, I know.

I might go see Primus on the night before all hallow's eve
I've seen Les numerous times with his many different band of incarnations, but I never got a chance to just see Primus, so it should be pretty suck worthy I think

I caught Les Claypool toward the end of an alcohol-drenched day at Coachella (where I snuck in posing as staff). I was blown away for a good 40 minutes, but before the set was over I was like fuck it and I left to eat a disgusting pretzel.

Hope it goes better than when I saw Robert Plant: jogging through Golden Gate park when I heard the old familiar screech, which I potentially would have enjoyed, had it not been for his "Crap Twin" collaboration w/ Allison Krauss he was doing at the time. UGH. Terrible.

Neil Young w/Crazy Horse on Monday.

What did you think of this show? I saw as I relapsed on alcohol after not drinking for 50 days, so I was sufficiently incapacitated, but I remember it pretty much ruling.

of Montreal this Friday. It's been too long (since March)

Always wanted to see them - I hear their shows are mind-melting.

As for me, I'm counting down the days to the apocalypse. Friend just bought me a ticket:
