Boy Burned for Not Selling Drugs

Personally i would laugh my ass of if a 10 year old came to me trying to sell drugs. Then i would slap him and tell him to go home to his mother. From my experience, all the older kids had the good stuff.

I doubt that there's anything you could say/do that will cause them to stop dealing. If you're against it, then just don't give him your business.
