This is kind of outside the purview of the topics that we deal with on this website. Primarily we deal with the safer consumption of drugs, not really the intricacies of buying/selling drugs or prices the market. I'd suggest you take a look at the North & South American Drug Discussion subforum for some more general discussion about regional markets. Price discussion is kind of a grey area regarding our rules, it's not a huge deal or anything, but yeah typically threads that are based solely around the price of substances are discouraged. As such I'll close this thread.
I haven't really messed with hard in a while, so I may be off base (pun intended), but I don't think the price of cocaine has changed much in a long time. But this sounds like about standard street retail price for the East Coast anyway. It's definitely not a good deal you're getting by any means, but one could probably expect to pay as much as $250 (sometimes more) for 3.5gs of decent cocaine if you're buying in smaller quantities.
