A friend of mine ordered some Valium online and it got intercepted by "Border Force". He got a letter which seemed fairly nonthreatening tbh. Says if you contest this and want your stuff back then it will be a civil matter not criminal and will go before a magistrate. He's not gonna contest it, obviously. Also says they are not going to take action on the import of drugs bit this time, but gives a warning that they might next time. On the other hand it does mention that the substance is Class C. Also in the sort of T&C's bit at the end it does say they are allowed to inform certain third parties in certain circumstances (protect public health and detect crime are two such reasons). Obviously it lists the police as one agency that they can inform. However it was only 60 x 5mg Valium and they intercepted 3 weeks ago and he's heard nothing. I told him not to worry, police probably got better things to do, but he won't stop panicking. Anyone else know anyone who's had a similar letter?

edit - Forgot to mention this is in UK

We can't discuss legal matters at Bluelight, sorry. I have to close this, but be careful!
