Booty Call or not?

OK, this messes with my mind since tuesday:

I recently met a good friend of my flat mate, we connected very well, joked around and stuff. At some point I told her that I find her really attractive and that I'd really like to have sex with her. The conversation wasn't too serious, more like teasing each other. I had the feeling that she was attracted to me too, but a bit hesitant, maybe because she's a few years older than me. She didn't seem shy about casual sex in general.

Then we didn't see each other for a week or so, and pm each other at facebook, and throughout this conversation we decide to meet at her place to play wii, just the two of us.

Males and females, would you think this is a booty call or not? Would you booty call someone like this?

Sounds like a booty call lol. But be sure before you come on to her. You'll know what she wants.(if you're perceptive to the ladies lol)

Ok, then I'm really not crazy. This exact scenario happened 3 days ago, apart from me being an awful wii player ee connected very well, but when I tried to make a move she turned me down quite unmisunderstandable. Maybe I did something wrong or else, but that incident really messed me up a bit. I come out of a long relationship and am quite new to the being single business...
 
If you tried to make a move and she turned ya down maybe it is not a booty call and maybe the chick just really wants to play Wii with you lol.
 
I come from an era before adults played video games and such with each other - but I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess she can play computer games with anyone but is asking YOU over to fuck. Just a hunch.....

Seriously - if you are the type to come on to her as directly as you did (which works MUCH better over time than hesitating btw....) you know very well in your gut whether she wants to fuck you or not. Go make a cougar happy and report back.....


Edited to add: Whoops - I only read your follow-up now. Well - maybe your gut was wrong, maybe she's ambivalent/changed her mind, or maybe your move was too clumsy/offensive/fishbreath/whoknows. But IMO you still did the smart thing by going for it. Keep the self-confidence and directness while always being ready to enjoy some video games if that's all that pans out and you'll end up in bed more often than in front of a computer for sure.

From the first post, yeah it definitely sounded like she was into you. Maybe she just wants to get to know you better before having sex?
 
^^That may be the case. Maybe I rushed it a bit. I surely will do a step back and see how things evolve. I think I made my point, now it's up to her ;)
