Sorry if this is the wrong forum.. No other pharm forums so I guessed this be the one..
It contains 50mg of Diphenhydramine.. However, I do not want to fall asleep nor overdose on sleep medication.. Is it safe?

If you don't want to fall asleep don't take it? It's a sleeping medication/antihistamine for crying out loud.

Yeah, you'll probably go to sleep or at least feel drowsy from taking that much diphenhydramine.
