I'm asking the fucking questions!
Just want to know if you guys have any ways of boosting your appetites? I don't mean through drugs such as equipoise, I mean through other means e.g. Cannabis smoking? Eating certain things?
Appetite has always been a small problem for me, though I do eat a lot, sometimes I just don't want to eat. Is there any way to improve this?

And does cannabis smoking somehow stop food you eat being absorbed properly? This probably sounds a bit stupid but I've noticed if I smoke lots of weed and eat like a horse I don't gain any weight, though if I'm sober and eat I gain a lot more. Others have mentioned too that smoking cannabis keeps you thin if your constantly high.
I don't plan on using cannabis, I rarely smoke it now though its just of interest to me
 
Mostly just muscle through it. As you gain more poundage in the form of lean mass and your activity level increases, you won't really have a problem with eating larger amounts of food. I'd also look into how you're timing your meals. The whole "eat every 2 hours" thing is very controversial and not really proven by anybody.
 
swim! Every time I go for a swim in the ocean I eat rapaciously afterward. Not so much in pools, but that's me.
 
You can buy a bottle of GHRP-6. Inject 100-200 mcg and you will empty your fridge. The effect is easily 10 times stronger than "equipoise hunger" and there aren't really any side effects apart from the release of a very small amount of GH. And the stuff is out of your system in less than an hour.
 
Back when I was bodybuilding, I found that smoking weed late in the evening gave me quite an appetite and I would tend to eat non-stop for several hours. But I was always using AAS. Injecting B-12 and Enerselen will also make you super hungry if you are lifting weights. Those are not classified as anabolics...so IDK. Depends on how serious you are about gaining mass.

This is exactly the kind of answer I was looking for, though instead of this short lived effect is there anything that will last longer? I don't fancy injecting myself numerous times in a day just to feel hungry, maybe if it were an oral that isn't too hepatoxic and can be cycled itself for a cheap price though I don't fancy ed injections
 
When I don't feel like eating, I'll mix up something in the blender. I don't necessarily mean just basic protein shakes, but I'll make some concoctions in there that get pretty silly. I can prepare, blend and chug a shake in 5 minutes, whereas eating something similar would feel like much more of a hassle. Mind-over-matter, just close your eyes and get it down.

I also find that when having a meal, eat it and dont get distracted... if I start eating and have a covnersation with someone or am occupied by phone or computer etc. you start chewing your food slower and when you swallow your sitting there occupied with whatever activity without eating.. it will fill you up quicker and you wotn finish your meal.
 
Yeah GHRP-2 and 6 both make you so hungry that you feel like a zombie. I can go through 2,000+ calories of food before I start feeling satisfied. Team it with CJC 1295.

Also running melanotan II helps suppress appetite if the hunger increasing effects become too much for you. They did for me. I was so hungry on GHRP I couldn't go to the gym unless I took a stimulant.

Yeah smoking weed works. GHB works too. But I don't like suggesting psychoactives for bodybuilding.

I dunno man. Sub-qs usually hurt more than IMs for me. Might just be my tight skin.
 
It helps a lot to use an isulin syringe with detachable needles. A small needle (I use G30 for sub-Q) is completely dull after going through the rubber stopper of the vial. Using this same needle for the injection hurts a lot more than using a fresh needle. When I inject something 3x a day I just load one syringe in the morning and use a fresh needle for every injection.

It's also a good idea to use only small amounts of bac. water for reconstitution. This keep the injection volume small.


I think you could also snort the GHRP-6. I know this works for melanotan. You lose ~half the potency but peptides aren't that expensive and you save yourself the money for syringes/needles/alcohol pads.

Oh, and if your goal is to increase your appetite, you should use GHRP-6, not GHRP-2. GHRP-2 is a little stronger in its GH releasing properties but doesn't increase your appetite nearly as much as GHRP-6 does.
 
The idea of snorting something is appealing as long as it wouldn't cause too much damage to my nasal passage. Is ghrp available from health stores or just off the internet? If you can in fact snort it I might get some, though ed injections would be too much effort and time in my opinion
I don't mind injections, I just wouldn't want to have to do it 3x a day
 
As far as I know, it's only available from online peptide companies. There's a study on the intranasal availability of GHRP-6 that measures the bioavailability at 35-45% compared to IV administration. Sub-Q won't give you 100% either, so my guess would be that you need roughly twice the amount intranasally compared to SQ.

And it's just a peptide. I'm sure it's not gonna do any damage to your mucous membrane at any dose or frequency of administration. I'm not sure, however, if you can snort the dry powder or if you have to reconstitute it first. I would try both ways. You will know what works best within 10-20 minutes.
 
This is really good topic.Well fruits containing citrus acid like orange,lemon,grapes,peach are so amazing in increasing appetite.Cardio exercises specially swimming,running are best for this purpose.

Or rectal it and increase the BA.
 
Absolutely no snorting peptides. It's a waste of money and not even close to effective as subcutaneous injection. Use an insulin syringe and inject into the skin on the side of your upper hip below your obliques. There are literally no nerves there and you wont feel a damn thing.

One steroid that has boosted my appetite fiercely is Equipoise due to the raise in RBC count it causes. I'm hungry all the time now and it makes my stomach growl to the point of being annoying. I wake up in the night hungry. I eat a large meal and an hour to three hours later I am hungry.

Truly the best way to boost appetite is to work out and put on muscle. The more muscle you have and the more you work out, the more calories you use. The more calories you use, the more you need. The more you need the greater your appetite becomes so the more you eat.
 
The intranasal activity of intranasal GHRPs (-2, -6, Hexarelin) is proven by several studies. You lose roughly half the potency compared to SQ injection. I myself prefer SQ, but there's nothing wrong with snorting if you don't mind paying twice the price of a comparable SQ dose. And syringes & needles cost a few cents per shot, too.
