I knwo there is one in West Springfield, which isn't that far away at all. Try checking out the Denny's webpage. What about a small meetup for the 21+ crowd at a nearby bar? Anyone have any ideas?

Cool. I probably won't get to CT til about 11:00pm on Friday, well, nevermind I'm sure it will be later lol. We will be leaving MD at about 5:00pm IF we're lucky. So realistically, factoring in rush hour, I will not get to CT til midnight at the earliest :\ However we have all day Saturday =D

And I am down for a pre-meetup. But I've never been to MA so I have no clue where anything is. lol
 
^^ Hey I know some good ways from MD to CT to avoid the whole I95 bullshit. If you want directions PM Me or something. I go from CT to MD like 5 times a year, and trust me, you do NOT want to deal with 95, especially on a Friday.

That would rock!! The only thing I worry about is that taking 95 will be MUCH more simple so it might be best for me. I get lost easy. And it is a long drive to end up lost. But I will PM you as it gets closer, and evaluate what may be best =D

edit: I will def PM you come to think of it. When friends of mine drove from MA to CT during rush hour on a Friday they got stuck in traffic for like 2 extra hours in NYC. FUCK THAT :X
 
definately PM me... I'll have my gf write you the directions... it involves going through PA, but trust me, it is a lot nicer / better drive than stinky jersey / new york. How close are you to route 15 in Md?

wasn't the fact that you roll that I picked on you about so much as the fact that you didn't want to come out to this party UNLESS you had some rolls... that's what I thought was a little ridiculous.

I have no idea where route 15 is :( Well actually I think I may have passed by it when I went to PA to visit friends last week.

I live about 20 minutes south of Baltimore, MD.

If your route does NOT take me through NYC I will love you forever and worship you ;) I HATE driving in NYC. I'd rather drive an extra hour out of my way versus go through NYC for even 5 minutes!

yah it goes completely around it, you'll end up going north, to Scranton, PA, and then East through mid New York on I84 into CT. My GF knows the exact directions... I'll have her PM them to you when I get home from work.

Are you near route 70?

Yes I can get on route 70 very easily :) The exit is about 5 minutes from me. I am cool with going through PA. I drove near the Scranton area last week actually. lol. And I did just fine. I really appreciate your help with directions =D

Any idea approximately how long it will take? I'm near Baltimore.

what part of CT are you going to? For me to get to Rocky Hill (Central CT) it takes 7 hours to get to Gaithersburg, which is actually farther south than you. So I'm guessing 6.5-7 hours. My GF will post the directions for you around 6... but im pretty sure you can just take 70 north to 78 west for 2 exits, get on 81...take that to scranton and then hop on 84 and ride that till you get to CT... I don't know exactly where you are going in CT, but 84 can get you to any major highway in CT pretty easily...
