You're not alone Dazzle. I too have fond memories of partying at Webster Hall. I'm going to this party despite my hatred for SOE's shadiness and repeatative line-ups. This party does have a few good things going for it. It's indoors, at one of my old school spots, Feelgood, Scott Henry, Donald Glaude, Dan, Circuit Breaker, Knowledge (don't sleep on Knowledge, he's got some skills). It is WAY over priced though, AS USUAL.
 
trails, how did they fuck up boo 6? other than no clear lineups posted and no real places to sit (other than pieces of cardboard) it worked out well in my eyes.
 
i was at Boo4... that got shut down early.
but i had a blast.

i was at Boo 5.
had a fucking blast.

missed 6 & 7 b/c of work.
heard i didnt miss much.
so i dont care.

but i havent been going to many parties at ALL lately. i've been going to Glow @ DC every saturday to see some bangin' DJs, and a lot of my OLD favorites, (x-dream, spacegirl, bam bam, chris lawrence) havent seen them in a LONG-ass time. so i kinda wouldn't mind seeing them all in one place. that would be really cool.

however.

i'm NOT missing PVD in DC the night before... that would be a TOUGH weekend to shoot from DC to NYC and then to school the next day. but i'll at least consider it... even though i'm anti-massive these days.

i think whoever goes is going to have a KICK-ass time.

Boo for no CT :( (I'm bummed about that too, I was all excited to be going to CT and meeting you and hanging out and all but then *sigh* grrrr)

But if you go to Boo, you MUST go with me! Cause if you don't go with me I may not have anyone else to go with :(
 
not being there the week before just adds more incentive to come see you guys in october!!! <3!!! and yes kristen, im goign to boo with you!!!!

i would love to see this lineup, but i really doubt that andy and i can afford to go to starscape and this, but we have to come to one of them. we have to, that is the bottom line. :)
 
i'm not extremely impressed by the starscape lineup, but everyone is going. so i don't know. i'll have to see what andy wants to do.
 
All I know is that I was planning on attending Boo this year and now that it looks like this will be the last year for it and a reallly nice lineup like this there is really no way that I can pass this up. I have a free place to stay in NYC and that makes me want to go even more. I am going to start saving my money because I'm sure that this will not be a cheap weekend. I really wish that this wasn't on a Sunday because I am going to be driving a very long way to get to this and that means that I am going to have to miss school on Monday which sucks. I can't wait for this party because it will be one for me to remember, I just hope that my money works out by this point in time.

Monday the 13th is Columbus Day so all schools are closed and some people (not me) have off from work.... so you shouldn't have to worry about missing school.

I've only gone to a couple Boo's but I've always walked away with a phenomenal experience at the end—I'll be there.

What's the capacity of Webster Hall? I kind of like the 3,000 ticket limit; especially since it's indoors. And 19+ makes me slightly happy, too.

I'm not sure about the capacity, but I think it's something like 40,000 sq. ft. I could be wrong. Either way, it's a great venue and it's pretty big. I've had many wild and fun nights at that place. I don't care that it's a soe party, I have to go, for nostalgic purposes.
 
chrissie, I had a good time at both 6 and 7 despite what other people have said.. I was just saying that they fucked up on both of them because I thought thats what others think ( not me ) :)

well anyway.. I'm definitely there, and I hope i'll get to see some of you guys again and/or meet whomever I haven't met allready

and if some of you guys hit up only the after or pre-parties... I'll see ya there as well ;)...
