ooooh, Local Natives! my buddy turned me on to them few weeks ago, been downloading them ever since!

damn...i have got to save up for this.

even though I have seen many of these acts, this is a good lineup and I feel kinda salty for dissing it all this year (even though that's just what I do).

it's a good mix of alt rock, and some surprising acts that I have seen at the last couple StarScapes (weird).

for the headliners: I could do without the fucking Flaming Lips, despise Dark Side of the Moon, I'll pass on DMB (though their drummer is sick), and Kings of Leon's new CD is horrible and their live show is akin to watching slugs slug it back and forth.

however, props for Stevie Wonder! I'd see Jigga, but Tenacious D and Weezer don't do it for me anymore.

the undercard is pretty good though. I was going to go the first year they threw this but could't at the last second. maybe I'll go.

Damian Marley and Nas is an awesome show and Jimmy Cliff is a legend and will most definitley hit the crowd off with some classics like "The Harder they Come." And when it comes down to it, any opportunity to see Jeff Beck, one of the best guitarists to ever walk the planet, well that is a really kick ass opportunity. Otherwise, yawnzzz

Why are flaming lips at top of the list? They are not headliners and they wouldn't even fill a quarter of an arena on their own.

Jay-Z and Weezer are the only names I like, oh and Damian Marley and Nas is pretty sick, too.

Definitely NOT going.

Agree with the sentiment that this lineup isn't all that attractive. It's a whole lot of... too much. The mix of pseudo-hippie with radio alt rock, token late night acts, and a sprinkling of buzz bands doesn't really compel me to go to Bonaroo this year.

The Flaming Lips are fucking amazing. If they weren't headlining I wouldn't even consider this.

If I manage to go, it'll be for the Lips, Stevie Wonder, Bassnectar, Thievery Corporation, Isis, The Melvins, Clutch, Tiniarwen, and Medeski Martin and Wood.

There will be a few bonus acts in there that I won't mind seeing (Bisco, Lotus, The Black Keys, LCD Soundsystem, Dan Deacon, Blitzen Trapper, Dr. Dog), but nothing I'd go way out of my way to see.

Most of my money will be tied up in Burning Man this summer, so I probably won't make it. Shame, but the Bassnectar sets on the playa will make up for it ...
