well, i have come to a conclusion about this, in my opinion, the bong gets the gold medal because its amazing, what are your opinions on this? what do you prefer ey?

always been a pipe person. I had this beautiful green glass long stemmed pipe for years. Hit beautifully and looked nice.
 
I only own pipes. My mother took two bongs from me before I turned18. I'm not going to buy another one until live in my own house. I also don't smoke too often so I don't mind using pipes every time I smoke.
 
ive used pipes before, but i didn't prefer it over the bong, the bong was always the first resort, and sometime down the line i just didnt use my pipe since.
 
prefer bongs it seems to hit me harder, but pipes are great when your on-the-go, but when in the company of girls i usually use a pipe makes me look like less of a druggie.
 
Bong if you want to get the most out of your weed.
Pipe for on the go toking.

I use both.

I'm a girl and I smoke bongs =D

I have a nice glass on glass bong since I live on my own, but the bowl is great for on-the-go or blazing with people who can't handle the bong...glass pipes only, that picture is of a horrendous metal one...impossible to keep clean and who knows what you're inhaling. Glass ftw!
 
I use a metal pipe like that and I love it. I've had half a dozen glass pipes and they all eventually break. The metal one I have will still be around long after I'm dead.

Get thicker, better made glass...it'll cost a little more but the things are pretty strong. I'd rather have to replace a glass pipe than smoke out of something thats difficult to clean and gets way hotter than I'd like it to when smoking with friends. For the 7 years of so I've been smoking pot, 5 daily, I've been a pretty religious piece cleaner, although I just caught my bong water in the light of my computer screen and it's looking pretty icky...high rambling %)
 
Gotta go with the Bong, more THC less burn. The main attraction of a pipe for me is the thick smoke that I use for smoke tricks.
 
1)vaporizer or knife hits
2)4 hose Hookah-cherry red
3)an Ice filled bong glass over plext...but i can add a 3ft extension to the 18inch plexi
4)bowl of all sorts,spoons,hammers,bubblerBs
5)make pot butter w stems and leaves-finger hash is killer if you get a nice,white,crystalline strand saute in butter and bake whatever you like to much on and still keep the body buzz a a steady rattle,
6)dry the sticky bud in a paper bag- make shape and blaze as out perfect consistency-not too dry,not to wet and I fix 2 Phillies together and roll a hella blunt-cones-inside out gum so paper or tobacco only rolls around once and the licked seam tucks under,I've Rolled a devils trident,a ring o fire...I'll have to unpack my books tomorrow and send a plp NSFW-tags n step by step to the art of rolling a joint

that is my chain of preferred ROAs...getting closer to 4:20am...I'll be back.

vaporizers rock-just be willing to spend a c-note or more-they are not that expensive but thet are worth every penny.you get the most from your bud by vaporizing it and less smoke inhalation ,so it's a plus for lungs...and you can always make a gravity bong.

Recently I smoke an 8th a month at best. Any friends I smoke with will have pieces of their own that are glass or water filtered. With my current tolerance whenever I smoke alone a single bowl will do me in. I used to smoke at least 3 times a day. Back then I did find it very important to use glass. I've gone from being a frequent smoker to an occasional smoker. Glass really is the best choice for a frequent smoker, I do however feel that metal is the best choice for an occasional smoker. I scrape my metal pipe out after every eighth I smoke and smoke the resin, I've gotten pretty handy at cleaning out my metal pipes. It's no harder to clean out a metal pipe than it is to clean a glass pipe, I just have to use a different set of tools to do it. (drunk rambling I apologize).
