When it comes to diet and calorie intake alot of articles suggest low calorie or low carb daily intakes which might make sense for fat loss but for no so much for putting on muscle. Do women follow the same guidelines as men when it comes to diet?
 
Yes they do follow the same basic rules. However women can't diet as hard as men, or they may stop having periods.
Also, there are a lot of ways to eat, there isn't any "correct way".
I personally only like to avoid carbs when cutting.
 
Let me rephrase. If a woman were to 'bulk', her macro's would be the same as a male's at her specific weight? This along with heavy weight training ofcourse.

Yes..!! My partner is a NZ National Figure Champion, her nutritional requirements were proportional to mine.. Compound use 1/10th that of mine..
Weights were heavy 6-12 reps, legs 20's....
