Opioids Blurry vision while high on oxycontin?

Hello again everyone. Hope the new year has been as tasty for you guys as it has been for me.

Does anyone ever get blurry vision while high on opiates, oxycontin specifically? Lately when I have my large dose of oxy for the day my vision gets blurry.

Just as it is right now, my vision is quite blurry. I have to close one eye and kinda squint to see clearly. Is this a concern? If it matters, I use oxycontin daily and have been doing so for almost a year. My ROA is up the nose, always.

Yeah it happens to me to everyday. I don't think it's anything to be concerned with. I think it probably has to do with the pupils constricting.
 
The blurriness is caused by seeing 2 separate, overlapping images so when you close one eye you can focus on one of them and it stops. This is called diplopia and is so common its practically an inevitability with sufficient doses.

Its not a concern unless you need to be able to see straight...

Since your basic questions have any been answered and I don't see much discussion being generated beyond people confirming that they experience this too, I'm going to close it.
