News Bluelight's new merch shop! (Paused: Awaiting Change In Distributor)

Hello everyone

We have a few announcements to make!

Finally, Bluelight has a merchandise shop which you can find here: *** New Shop Coming***

***Admin Note: the shop says they are really back ordered on apparel and a couple of people have not received goods they bought early February. Stickers have been arriving though. Until we sort out the apparel, I recommend waiting as we are concerned given they've been so 'back ordered'.***

***We're setting up a new shop with a different distributor/platform, so if you had issues with an order, contact @Tronica @deficiT @Skorpio or @alasdairm and we'll make it right. ***

A small amount of the price, around 10-20% depending on the item, goes to Bluelight to help keep things running. Noting that we are all volunteers but we have server and software fees to keep this place looking neat.

More importantly, if you are wearing our gear (or putting our logo on your laptop or phone), then more people will get to know about us!

This shop is just the beginning and there are heaps more ideas we could add.

The observant among you will notice that we are no longer collecting donations via MAPS. That's because we have finally graduated into our own organisation, no longer requiring oversight from MAPS. We thank them for their long standing support of us and their willingness to help us move into being independent.

Love the T-shirt layout very nice. Curious if you have a marketing budget for sponsorship on youth sports I'd love to get to the logo add to the back of some local kids uniforms. Just think of the positive vibes we would be able to achieve. I have to say that kids are always looking for proper guidance when trying anything and this website has been a bit of a life saver literally in my life* I found it on last year of highschool in 1999* But honestly I've never met very many people who have any know about the bluelight.org portal. I think it's a great place to get brand recognition seated in the minds of the youth. I'm always down to help however thanks

 

Hey guys, due to the severe supply issues with the merch distributor here, we can't recommend ordering anything right now. We're looking to set a new shop up with a different platform, and I'm going to remove the links to this shop across our platforms.

Sorry for any issues that may have arisen from that. If you placed an order that you haven't received, send a message to myself or @Tronica and we'll make it right.

 

Alright, so we finally heard back from the tee spring people.

We are still planning on starting a platform elsewhere, but that may take a little bit of time. In the meantime, if anyone has an order they have not received, you can inquire with them about the status of your order, and either wait til it arrives, or ask them for a refund. If you have any issues with that process, and can't obtain the merch or a refund, we will make it right with you and get you the gear you've ordered when the next shop is set up.

Just reach out to myself or Tronica if you have an outstanding order, and we will figure it out and make it right.

Sorry for this, unfortunately it seems like this platform just ain't all that great and had a bunch of issues on their end, we're doing some research into getting the best shop set up to not run into these kinds of issues moving forward.

 

According to one user who had issues with an order, they confirmed they are able to put a refund through, they just have not received it yet, but I will update here if they do. just reach out to me if you have any issues

Yeah, we have not closed the store yet, so anyone that placed an order they didn't receive should try to initiate the refund process through tee spring
