Bluelighter you'd most like to meet and why part V

Mmmm....

Neodymium - She intrigues me. Her thoughts and her words are always well thought out and interesting. She’s insightful and speaks her mind. We are on the same level in life and have experienced similar situations and hardships. She can make me smile; I can make her laugh. She’s friendly and not too complex. I love her intelligence and realistic thinking about life. Down to earth is a beautiful thing. She’s purely non-judgmental. Someone who I can feel I could talk about anything with and fear no worry of having to conform to some retrostyle new idea of thinking.

I like the fact that she is who she is and doesn’t pretend to be someone she’s not. It's a real pleasure to talk to her online and hopefully oneday we will have the opportunity to meet in person.

She's a Groover :D

ButrosButrosGrantos, he's a little weird and appears to like cheesey humour but I think deep down he's a nice guy, maybe.
 
I wanna meet ozbreaker, this dude is bloody tops - I've met him before but we didn't really talk much, but since then on here and msn (and sometimes drunk late phone calls from the bank) he seems like the kind of funky friend you'd wanna go out partying with.

Hijinx - all of our mutual friends tell me she is a lovely person.

Unsquare - cos his posts always make me smile.

Nietzche - cos he uses big words in his poetry & big words are cool.

Urbanhog & Smileyfish - cos I read their journals and they seem like ubercool people.

And of course all the usual suspects who've been listed many times over :)

Reading this thread brings a tinge of sadness, cos there is one person who had been on the list since the very first time I posted one, who sadly I'll never get to meet now.

Well, we fish are heading down to Melbourne later this year, so it looks like I'll realistically be able to meet at least some of the following:

*Robert Rollie & Hijinx - getting to know them both through IRC and LiveJournal and am impressed by their intelligence, understanding, generosity of spirit and ability to have a rip-roaring good time.
*BigTrancer - he da man!
*CowboyMac - I have much respect for this man and the whole Enlighten crew.
*Moe - I get to combine science-geekiness with Spanish
*Wazza - I've already met him, but I missed out on WassaVision, which I think would be an experience.

So keep the 1st weekend in October free ;)

The respect that all other BL'ers on this forum have for you guys on this site is what draws me to you. I don't know if you are aware of the aura about you guys but it must be a good feeling to be looked up to by so many people.

I think it was you guys that i first saw in pics about BL meet ups and i know it was shal that inspired me to do something about Perth meet ups. Long story short, i did as he said and have met 7 -12 new friends in the process.

DigitalDuality - great sense of humour, funny guy
Pasilda Nacera - Yes i know, he is the scourge of BL and a terrible post whore but i can't help but have similar sense of humour to him and a need to belong. Was my first TANGIBLE contact with fellow BL'ers (PM)

All you guy's, if your ever thinking about travelling to WA let me know. I would love to meet y'all.

In the meantime you could Make a new friend and introduce yourself, i'm sure you know how to use the PM system and i would love to hear from you=D

Wow..........someone actually wants to meet me........lol.......Im flattered, seriously.

Actually Im happy to meet anyone from bluelight cos I dont think I have ever come across a bad one (not counting the silly trolls from time to time).

How much fun would it be if we were all friends away from the computer screen..........I for one would never need this forum again........lol.

Anytime, anyone is in Sydney and wants someone to have a chat with, just drop me a pm and Im more than happy to oblige if Im not working of course..........lol.

The weirdest thing is that 2 of the people who have put me in there list are 2 of my most respected posters..........guess thats why Im flattered...........lol.

Hey I eat dinner when I go to the bank. A beer for an entree, a martini with an olive for the main course and then a Caramello for dessert. All the required nutrients for a wonderful meal!

loool. just come with me to Happy Chef and sneak it in underneath your pants (whilst it burns your nuts off)...and the put it in Macksta's finished bowl of curry and eat.

Nobody knows the difference except my burnt nuts.

Ah cheers man.. rightbackatya!

Keystroke is a champ - as he said we didn't get to chat a huge amount that night but he's got an awesome outlook on life and i have heaps of time for him and def wanna catch up before he goes o/s.

I'd love to catch up with DiegoBlunt again, as i know we had a really long and intense mashed conversation but i really don't recall what about but he saved the circus that was 360 for me :)

umm i haven't really thought about it but off the top of my head:

Muzby is the name that sticks out that i'd like to meet - something about his personality and his avatar just work so well together..

urbie - he's got the best stories and seems like a tops bloke..


Otherwise i'm pretty open to meeting all BL'ers - i haven't had any bad experiences yet and I really need someone to go Kandy Raving with me.. 8)
