Yep, trompe l'oeil .

A found a bit more info here but essentially it's an historic building in Paris being refurbished and they didn't want unsightly scaffolding so they got an artist in to create the screen. Pretty damn amazing, huh :D.

it looks very similar to a pizza pan Its actually the footrest/pedal thing on my elliptical trainer. You can see the light of the TV shining on it in the top left. heh.
