Go there and see the last couple of pics where there is rock and then white... the white is all cloud. The sunny mountain pics are the same location, same peak, but clear views. It was definitely a surreal atmosphere.

Those photos are amazing! It must have been an awesome hiking experience.

Yep! That particular trail is about 50 mins from my house. Hiking trails is one thing that I do love about NC.
