Thanks everyone!

The people were blurred because I had to do a long exposure. I didn't have a tripod, so I put the camera on a railing. There is a rope that goes to the top of the temple. I don't think it's a power line, rather it's to bring stuff up to the top. IIRC, it's really two ropes on a pulley.
