My 1st self portrait

this was taken the night my girlfriend left for law school...left me.I was 24 and newly clean and sober...so I starting taking pictures of myself reflected in different surfaces,mirrors,anything to stay out of my own head.great night,better project.my self portrait series started way back on this 2001 summer night.

1st entry...too nervous to go through my portfolio...and this night was a turning point for me and both my professional/freelance careers.seemed apropos at least.
