Uh, maybe you should double check the contest rules too. ;)

From that image's EXIF data:

Software: Adobe Photoshop CS3 Windows
Tint: -15
Shadows: 5
Brightness: +50
Contrast: +25
Saturation: 0
Sharpness: 25
Luminance Smoothing: 0
Color Noise Reduction: 25
Parametric Shadow Split: 25
Parametric Midtone Split: 50
Parametric Highlight Split: 75
Sharpen Radius: +1.0
Sharpen Detail: 25

... just sayin.

Hey mate - The Tint is White Balance, a necessity for all photography. The rest are just artifacts from the Raw conversion - sharpening/colour/contrast adjustment paramaters are all in-camera profiling as is noise reduction. CS3 was used for resizing.

None of this actually counts as post-processing as these are the digital artifacts present in any RAW converted digital file - none were particuarly payed attention to as I strive to shoot 'in camera' (hense my use of large amounts/varying degrees of GND filters).

In short - no i'm not breaking the guidelines, atleast not in a post processing sense, and i'm pretty sure that i'm not doing so in any other way aswell :).

Oh and Neophy7e, that photo is awesome! Haha, damn I miss my pill days :(.

^^ Hmmm, the pic's not showing up for me...might just be my computer though.
Is anyone else seeing it?
