The first one. It benefits from a feeling of light & space, and the angular lines of the french doors mirror the angular lines of the keyboard. Nice pic (or is it just that I want your house).

i don't know, i feel the delicate play of light and shadow between the adidas sandals and the stubble on the face in the second one belies the general feeling of awkwardness that is a result of the arm holding the camera in the second one.

45 sec. exposure set up on tripod, had to run up the steps after opening the shutter, sit for roughly 30 seconds, then run back down to close the shutter, resulting in my ghost-like allure
