actually no I haven't haste.
boys are just full of talk. they reckon all they want is a girl to be up for it but that's a lie. The ones I've met have just become nervous and completely scared of a sexually confident woman. They can't deal with the woman being the initiator. apparently we're supposed to sit back and wait for them.
they want confidence in a woman, yet are completely petrified by a confident woman. the boy who will eventually become my boyfriend will be the first one who's not scared of me :(

You've got to understand, most guys are so used to pursuing/initiating sexual intimacy that it can be a real shock when it's the other way around. Any guy that would run from a situation like that doesn't deserve good sex anyway. :)
I have no problem with sexually confident women, just keep in mind though, I'll talk dirty if you start slapping me around.

I have no real probs with being single at the moment, until I have to be around friends who are couples that is...
I guess I'm looking, but its something I figure will just happen

I'm going to bump this thread. I don't have too much to say really.
I'm giddy like a schoolgirl, and I'm experiencing the most deeply abiding sense of contentment with my life, greater than I've ever felt from being with someone.
I'm doing some thinking, if I can feel like this while single, then perhaps I've never 'loved' anyone properly before.
It'd be nice if I could experience that just once in my life, it'd be nice to have some kind of relationship where I knew I wasn't being fucked over behind my back, where the person I was dating wasn't a complete fuckup, and where the relationship didn't have more issues than Woman's day, and more baggage than Qantas.
But either way, my life is pretty fucking sweet no matter which angle you cut it. I hope you all out there can understand me, and I very much hope you're feeling the same, and mebbe if you are and you're female, attractive and single, then we could meet up for coffee some time? :D ;)

Some d00ds are scaredy cats, and the other d00ds are wrapped up in their professional goals and trying to make something of their lives. One time a girl offered to suck my dick and I actually asked her if I could get a raincheck on that. The look on her face was priceless.

well kids - I finally found a boy who wasn't scared of a sexually confident girl. Have no idea if it was just a one night stand or if he'll call (I hope he does - he was cute! lol) but at least I finally managed to lure one to my abode :D
 
I was just thinking, with the holiday season approaching, it can be hard for some people to cope being single over the next few weeks so I thought it'd be a good time to share some tips for maintaining sanity while single during the silly season.
  • Do not hang with couples if you're the only single. Absolutely must not.
  • Ask a good friend to spend Christmas Day and Boxing Day with you.
  • Remember, there are heaps of members of the opposite sex who are single and feel just as lonely as you do this Christmas; find them.
  • Do not drink alone.
  • If you weren't single all year, or even worse, if you weren't single this time last year, DO NOT *UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES* listen to Wham's 'Last Christmas' or any cover version of said pop jingle.
  • A lot of ex's hook-up again in this time of the year simply out of loneliness; just don't forget, the reasons you didn't work out still exist the other 340-odd days of the year.
  • If you're not single (GET OUT OF OUR THREAD!!!), look out for your single friends, invite them over for dinner if they have no other plans, but don't force them to hang out with 8 other couples.
  • As a last resort; get smashed and wait under the chimney on Christmas Day hoping for some Santa-lovin'

Excellent advice, but it's a little hard when absolutely EVERY ONE of your friends is a couple.
