It's happened before (As proven in the scariest thread on bluelight), and no doubt it'll happen again if people make the job easy enough for the authorities. Even incriminating posts or pictures have apparently led to arrests in the past.

I'd definitely be tempted to go if the meetup takes place somewhere in London, since I live there most of the year and can use the public transport. Bristol ain't financially viable though.

I say Bristol cos of what other folk have said n i can't travel far cos of me leg .
London is expensive n not as friendly as Bristol.

I would be interested in meeting up with fellow Bluelighters.I dont drive so if anyone wants someone to share fuel costs I would deffo be up for that as got to be cheaper and easier than catching multiple trains.
 
why would it matter that cops knew we were going to meet at a pub then go to a night out? i doubt they would do a big operations to get a few possession charges.

because seriously if anyone came with the prospect of selling drugs you'd be bit of a muppet! :p

Dunno how "big" an operation it would be. They could send round a couple of patrol cars and bag the fucking lot of you. Be a good propaganda coup for them. Headline in the sun would be "Cops bag internet druggies" and the quote from the inspector would be something along the lines "This proves the determination of my officers to deal with the menace of drug users no matter where they be. I will keep society safe from these fuckers".

I don't think there's such a thing as drug use being "too small" to bother with as far as the filth are concerned.
 
i am actually going to bristol in the very near future. have been pissed that its not really well timed for a BL meetup.... would depend on when really, prob not willing to do the trip twice in a month.
