The downside is the minor issue of getting a bunch of druggies to organise anything ever. The 10 Year Anniversary is a case in point. Plenty of warning, Amsterdam decided on as the place well in advance, maybe a dozen folks actually made it. And half of them flew over from the US. Herding cats, as they say

Ah. Not Carsick who took it. Tribal Girl took the pix for that meet. No idea if she still has 'em though. Probably not. Was quite a while back now. Perhaps the lack of decent pix of several EADDers could be the spur to actually organising an actuall EADD meet... Perhaps 8)

Don't know about the others, but personally I wouldn't like to have my picture taken at a BL meetup...

The two relatively big (as in a dozen or more people - that counts as big given the organisational issues) meets were in Brizzle. Meet up at a pub to say hello in person, head off to a club, back to a rented place for an afterparty kinda thing. Other one was just five or six of us renting a coupla hotel rooms for a night (well, for a sesh really). Kinda depends on how many people can get there and what they want to do really. Obviously pix are only taken/posted with permission. They've all been a great time though. Recommended if they ever happen.

PS: Forgot I also went to a mini-meet (5-6 people maybe) at someone's house down in Laaaaahndon. So that covers all yer bases - hotel, club and private house. Other venues are no doubt available.
