Wondering
Hoping

May I find the emotions of a speeding car,
blazing through highways in blank, endless, deserts,
cranking the gears of a worn out engine,
spewed out across the page?

Or perhaps a jockey,
Who's stallion,
reflecting the darkness at every person's heart,
gallops endlessly around a track,
becoming the focus of an audience of mules?

Maybe this,
maybe that.

Why though?
Why do I need to see this fucking suffering,
This encompassing of the whole spectrum of human emotion.
Why?

Violence Sells
But why?

What is it about it that people are attracted to?
The chaos?
The unpredictability?
Is there less entropy in peace than there is in war?

Is it some grim sense of superiority?
The satisfaction that you may be in a more fortunate place?

Maybe this,
Maybe that.

I don’t know what it is.
I just know that I don’t know.
That for some reason this endless spiral of insanity,
Layed out for me,
Satisfies some unknown craving.

And the ignorance itself,
As well as attempts,
At getting closer to identifying that craving,
entertains me.

Fuck.

This encompassing of the whole spectrum of human emotion.
Why?

It's foolish to think that bluelight represents any sort of representative spectrum of humanity. The only reason you'd need harm reduction is because you're stupid enough to harm yourself, and smart enough to know that you're doing it, in the first place. That's a self limiting population of neurotic morons awash in their own mental masturbation.

I think the answer to your question could be because you know you have something more important to do, but wallowing in all this self-similar filth feels so nice and cozy most of the time.

I liked your pome though

It's foolish to think that bluelight represents any sort of representative spectrum of humanity.
I don't think your argument is addressing the line accurately, what I meant by that was the spectrum of feeling the worst a human can feel, and the best a human can feel, (i.e. being high then coming down) in no way was I saying that BL encompassed all of humanity. I wasn't trying to say how Earth people, New York and California, Earth People, I was born on Jupiter, OR as I go into the park I see blue flowers ;)

And BL is much more than harm reduction btw just read Forever Afters trip reports it reveals quite alot more than just that.
