Bluelight emails go to spam folder automatically...

When I receive an email from Bluelight, to inform me of a response to one of my topics, for instance, the email automatically goes to the spam folder of my email account. How can I change this? I'm using an iPad, by the way.

add Bluelight as one of your contacts.

Why not mate a new folder for bluelight - then have all emails go directly to that folder (again under contacts), may be easier than having bluelight emails mixed up with your personal stuff.

How to do this will depend on what email your using - pretty straight forward and an explanation on 'how to' is available using a search engine.
